There being no objection, it was so ordered. SJR 17 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SJR 17 pass the House?" SJR 17 Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of SJR 17 be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SJR 17 was again before the House in third reading. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SJR 17 pass the House?"
